Pork Belly and Butter Pecan Ice Cream (43/365)

Hey Ev!

We had chicken with a spicy peanut sauce and ketchup fried rice for dinner. While we were eating that, I was trying out a roasted pork belly recipe from the Momofuku cookbook (very good, too salty, and I messed it up a little – oops!) then, we had butter pecan ice cream for dessert. Don’t worry, we didn’t eat as much as it sounds like we did, and we have a lot of leftovers! But MY GOD, this dog went insane! He hasn’t stopped following me around and giving me those puppy dog eyes. He’s pretty damn cute, even if it’s pathetic. Haha.
